How Blackjack Works at joki88
Blackjack compares your hand with the dealer hand, with the aim of reaching a total closer to 21 without going over. Number cards keep their value, face cards count as ten, and an ace can count as one or eleven. Our table screen separates your cards, the dealer area and the action controls, so you can check the round before choosing hit,
stand, double or split. The provider label and table rules appear in the Blackjack lobby before you enter.
- Objective — Build a hand nearer to 21 than the dealer without exceeding 21. A natural 21 uses an ace with a ten-value card, subject to the table rules displayed before the round.
- Core decisions — Hit adds another card, stand keeps your current total, double increases the original wager for one further card, and split separates a matching pair when that table permits it.
- Dealer sequence — The dealer area shows the opening cards and then follows the table rule for drawing. Check the displayed rule card because dealer actions can differ between Blackjack tables.
